Transport
We are currently running two minibus services to get children to and from school.
One route takes in Amersham, Chesham, Little Chalfont, Chorleywood, Chalfont Common and Chalfont St Peter (details below).
The other takes in Prestwood, Great Missenden, Cryers Hill, Widmer End, Holmer Green, Penn, Beaconsfield and Seer Green (details below).
We are hoping to introduce a further route which serves the Hillingdon, Uxbridge and Denham areas in due course.
The intention of running a bus service is to reduce traffic congestion in Oval Way and to provide older boys who want independence, but who live too far away to walk or cycle, with an easy way of getting into school.
It is possible for Pre-Prep pupils to use the bus in the morning, but not to use the service in the afternoon on a regular basis as we do not really have the facilities to supervise them in a way appropriate to their age until 5.15 pm when the evening returns set off. The evening journeys return along the reverse route.
Our school travel plan is working towards getting less traffic moving through Oval Way at key times of day and so we are investigating other possible routes and the possibilities of organised car sharing.
The School is five minutes' walk from Gerrards Cross Railway Station which is on the Chiltern Line. A number of boys already come to school on a daily basis using that means of travel.

Charges are zone-based depending on the location of the bus stop required:
Zone A £2.60 per day return £2.00 per day single
Zone B £3.80 per day return £2.30 per day single
Zone C £6.20 per day return £3.50 per day single
Zone D £6.90 per day return £3.80 per day single
