Victorian Schoolroom

As part of their History topic, the Year 4 boys recently visited Reading Museum where they attended a Victorian Schoolroom session.  The boys had to dress as Victorian children and do Geography and Maths with a very strict Victorian teacher!  There was also a role play session where one boy was made to wear the Dunce's Cap for being naughty and one one boy was caned for breaking three school rules! All in all, the boys were glad that they did not attend school in Victorian times!
